Our Return Policy

At Stereo Warehouse, we strive to provide high-quality car electronics. However, if you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:
* You may return eligible items within 30 days of the date the order was delivered to you.
* Items must be unopened and in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, seals, accessories, and manuals intact.
* Items must not have been installed or tampered with in any way.

How to Initiate a Return:
* Please email us or contact our customer support team at stereowarehouse90660@gmail.com or 562-463-0488 to request a return.
* Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
* We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Return Shipping:
* The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged).
* Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
* We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of postage for your return.

Restocking Fee:
* A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items that meet the unopened and original condition requirements, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged). This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned merchandise. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds:
* Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they are unopened and in their original condition, we will process your refund (minus the 25% restocking fee and any original shipping charges) within 7 business days.
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
* Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.

Exchanges:
* If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original unopened item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that the item you want is in stock and can be shipped to you promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items:
* If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s) along with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
* We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement, repair, or a full refund (including original and return shipping costs, if applicable), depending on the circumstances.

Important Notes:
* We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements, including items that have been opened.
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
