Alpine crafted their HDZ-65C 6-1/2" 2-way component speaker system for listeners in search of excellent audio quality in the car. Using many of the same design and material elements as their flagship F#1 Status speakers, this speaker system optimizes the woofer, tweeter, and crossover for near-perfect sound from premium sources, like high-resolution audio files.

Optimized for Alpine

These Status Series speakers make a great addition to any high-powered system, thanks to power-handling up to 100 watts RMS, but you can unlock their full potential by pairing them with Status System components, which Alpine designed with high-resolution audio in mind. Alpine uses a carbon composite cone for consistency across the speaker's ultra-wide frequency range, plus a special double gathered-edge surround, which helps minimize distortion and promote accuracy.
