The JL Audio VX-CORNERPLUG-KIT-RP is a genuine replacement corner plug assembly accessory kit designed for JL Audio VXi (VX) series amplifiers. These corner plugs cover and finish the mounting screw locations on the amplifier's chassis, ensuring a clean, seamless integration and preserving the premium aesthetic of your vehicle's audio setup.
During installation, VXi series amplifiers are secured into the vehicle chassis via mounting holes positioned at the four extreme corners of the main amplifier frame. This kit provides the exact friction-fit structural caps required to mask those recessed cavities, cleanly hiding the heavy-duty mounting screws and bracket hardware beneath a uniform surface.

Installation: Can be pressed firmly into the corner voids by hand once the amplifier's physical mounting screws are fully torqued down.
- Removal: To prevent scratching or denting the surrounding powder-coated chassis when servicing or removing the amplifier, the caps are ideally extracted by sliding a non-marring, wedge-shaped plastic pry tool (originally supplied as the "corner cap tool" in the main amplifier box) beneath the lower lip of the plug
