THINKWARE CONNECTED

Strong Impact Notifications

A serious impact stronger than 3G will trigger a push notification to the Thinkware CONNECTED app and send an emergency message to your registered contact.

Impact Notification when Parked

If an impact is detected while the car is parked, the app will receive a notification automatically.

Send Emergency Message

In emergency situations, when you are unable to reach the phone, pressing the REC button on the dash cam for more than 3 secs will send an emergency message to your registered contact.

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)

A suite of features designed to enhance driving safety by reducing the risk of collisions and mitigating injury severity. These systems provide real-time audio alerts to help keep you aware of potential hazards on the road.

Front Vehicle Departure Warning (FVDW)

Notifies the driver when the vehicle ahead starts moving after being at a complete stop.

Forward Collision Warning System (FCWS)

Monitors the speed and distance of the vehicle ahead, alerting the driver when the following distance becomes unsafe at speeds over 40 km/h.

Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS)

Notifies the driver when the vehicle unintentionally drifts out of its lane at speeds over 50 km/h.

Parking Surveillance

Automatically activates when you turn off the ignition, capturing footage to provide video evidence of any incidents, such as hit-and-runs, while your vehicle is parked.

Smart Parking Mode

Automatically switches to low-power mode in high temperatures, recording impacts only until normal Parking mode can resume.

Time Lapse

Records at 2 frames per second (fps), enabling the dash cam to capture long durations of continuous footage while keeping power consumption low.

Energy Saving 2.0

Conserves power by recording only when impacts are detected, allowing the dash cam to stay in Parking mode for extended periods.

Motion & Impact Detection

Automatically triggers a 20-second recording when motion or impact is detected, capturing 10 seconds before and after the event. 

Safety Camera Alerts

Using its built-in GPS, the dash cam tracks your vehicle's speed and time data, providing alerts for upcoming red light and speed cameras.

Anti-File Corruption

Anti-File Corruption technology with Format Free 2.0 improves the reliability of your Thinkware memory card and extends its lifespan by minimizing the risk of lost footage due to bad blocks and data corruption, thus also eliminating the need to format the card periodically.

HEVC (High-Efficiency Video Coding) format can compress high-resolution video files 1.7 times more efficiently than the Advanced Video Coding (AVC) format, minimizing video file size while still retaining the original video quality.
